Questions regarding your order

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found on the packing slip that was included in your shipment. It is also on the email you received when you placed your order. If you no longer have the email or packing slip, please call us for assistance.

I am having trouble signing into my account

How do I enter my discount code?

Look for a field in which to enter a discount code found during the checkout process.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order without any question(s) asked, but canceling it depends upon whether the item has been shipped out or not. Please call us by phone or send an email to make appropriate arrangements.

Can I add more items to my order?

Yes and no. It would work better to simply place an additional order. Call us and perhaps we can work with you to reduce the cost of shipping on the second order.

My order arrived damaged

If you receive an order with broken items, please send a picture of the damaged item(s) and we will replace the order free of charge.

I do not like the goods I received in my order. What can I do?

On rare occasions, a product may not agree with your personal tastes. Anytime you have a negative reaction to a product, please call our customer service line.

Can I mark an order as a gift?

At this time, we do not have the functionality to mark an item as a gift.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Look on the email you received after you placed your order. The estimated time of delivery will be listed there.

The item I want is out-of-stock

Please accept our apologies. If an item is out-of-stock, it displays a status of "On Backorder" on the product page next to the Order button, or listed in the shopping cart. If you can, please check back with us in a week to see if the item has been restocked. You can also call us at our customer service number.

How do I place an order?

Create an account on our website. Click on the middle icon located at the top of the site on the far right. The icon looks like the head and torso of a person. From there, just log in or create an account, and then start shopping by clicking on CATALOG.

How can I reorder an item I previously bought?

You can easily reorder your favorite products that you've ordered before by logging in and going to 'My Account' and clicking on 'Quick Reorder.’

Can I buy items in bulk, meaning in large quantities?

Generally, we do not restrict the number of items that you order. However, sometimes, due to vendor restrictions, item scarcity, and so on, we may have to.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number can be found on the email you received when you placed your order.

Can I expedite delivery on my order?

Yes, choose the option given for fastest shipping before you pay and check out.

I have not received an Order Confirmation email

Give us a call at our customer service number and we will arrange for your order confirmation email to be resent.

I have only received part of my order. There is an item missing on my order. I received the wrong item.

Please wait a day or two and if you have still not received your complete order, feel free to call customer service.

Returns & Refunds - Sending an item back and getting a refund.

Can I return food items?

No, and especially if their containers have been opened. Call us and perhaps depending on the item in question, we will be able to accommodate you.

Which products cannot be returned?

Food items cannot be returned. Once a food product leaves our premises, we have no control over possibly contamination.

What is Garden of Healing’s Returns Policy?

Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unopened items purchased from Garden of Healing for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase - excluding refrigerated, special order, cosmetics, books or clearance products. (Sales on these products are final.)

At this time, we cannot accept returns on open products; however, please contact us by phone or via email if you are not satisfied with your order. 

How long do I have to return an item?

Thirty (30) days from the purchase date.

Can I exchange an item? My order doesn’t fit and/or is not suitable. My item is not as described.

Yes. Please call us ahead of time and before you attempt to ship the item back to us. We will help to make the arrangements for an exchange.

Why have I been offered a refund for an out-of-stock item?

If your item(s) go out of stock immediately after your purchase, please accept our apologies. Once an item goes out of stock, we find it better to return your money to you as soon as possible. We will also inform you when the item will be back in stock. We might also be able to place the item on back order for you.

My order arrived damaged and/or defective

Please review the product label prior to opening products. Please accept our apologies if you find an item(s) that arrived damaged and/or defective. Please send a picture of the damaged item(s) and we will replace the order free of charge or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

How will I be refunded? When will I receive my refund?

If you have an item that must be returned, your refund will follow up to two weeks after we have received the item back in our warehouse. Your refund is typically sent back to the credit-card-issuing bank you used to make the purchase.
