We stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to love them as much as we do.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Domestic Shipping

Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Standard Shipping — Minimum $6 Charge

Packages shipping within the 48 contiguous states are shipped for a minimum shipping fee of $6 regardless of dollar amount or size. A surcharge may apply to packages weighing over 25 pounds.

UPS is our primary standard service carrier for all orders.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address as your shipping destination.

Please allow 5-7 business days from ship date for delivery.

Please note that we ship Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

To track a UPS package: Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or InfoNotice number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Sorry, we currently do not ship to states or territories outside the 48 contiguous states.

2nd Day Air — Minimum $12 Charge

Applies only to packages shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping cost depends on weight and size dimensions of package.

Please allow two business days to receive your package when choosing this option.

Orders received after 12 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.

2nd Day Air shipments release Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders that include more than 6 units of one item number are not eligible for the 2nd Day Air option.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address as your shipping destination.

Next Day Air — Minimum $18 Charge

Applies only to packages shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping cost depends on weight and size dimensions of package.

You should receive your package the very next business day when choosing this option.

Orders received after 12 PM Central Time will ship the following business day.

Next Day Air shipments release Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Friday shipments will arrive Monday.

Orders that include more than 6 units of one item number are not eligible for the Next Day Air option.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a valid street address as your shipping destination.

International Shipping

Sorry, we currently do not ship to international countries outside the U.S.

Please Note: If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows:

• You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc.

• If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order.
